You have 30 seconds to spark someone’s curiosity about your idea. What do you highlight? And how do you make it memorable? In this interactive workshop, you’ll practice turning your ideas into clear, engaging pitches that grab attention and invite conversation. Whether you’re sharing a project in class, brainstorming with a group or presenting a startup concept, you’ll learn how to capture interest and communicate with impact. By the end of this session, you will be able to: Share your ideas in a simple, concise and memorable way. Build a strong and adaptable pitch that works in different settings. Present with confidence to engage your audience. About this map

Montréal has a rich cultural offering, but information is scattered across websites, social networks, noticeboards and posters. Getting an overview can be difficult. Montréal en culture aims to simplify discovery by bringing cultural activities together in all their variety. The project is also inspired, with some nostalgia, by the weekly calendar of the cultural magazine View, which featured a varied offering, from shows to talks and from popular events to more unconventional activities. Adding a map, Montréal en culture invites you to explore that richness across the city. Still a prototype, this independent project aims to become an essential reference for cultural outings in Montréal.

A broad understanding of culture

The directory takes a broad view of culture: artistic creation, presentation, heritage, knowledge sharing, and opportunities for discovery or participation. It covers the Montréal urban agglomeration, including its associated islands. Its scope develops with the sources and activities recorded.
