Un atelier scientifique rempli de bonnes vibrations ! Qu’est-ce qu’un son ? Comment votre oreille capte-t-elle les ondes qui se propagent dans l’air autour de vous ? Vous aurez l’occasion de produire et de transformer des sons à l’aide de diapasons et d’un monocorde. Vous explorerez aussi le déplacement du son à travers différents matériaux. Un atelier rempli de bonnes vibrations ! Pour les enfants de 7 à 12 ans.

About this map

Montréal has a rich cultural offering, but information is scattered across websites, social networks, noticeboards and posters. Getting an overview can be difficult. Montréal en culture aims to simplify discovery by bringing cultural activities together in all their variety. The project is also inspired, with some nostalgia, by the weekly calendar of the cultural magazine View, which featured a varied offering, from shows to talks and from popular events to more unconventional activities. Adding a map, Montréal en culture invites you to explore that richness across the city. Still a prototype, this independent project aims to become an essential reference for cultural outings in Montréal.

A broad understanding of culture

The directory takes a broad view of culture: artistic creation, presentation, heritage, knowledge sharing, and opportunities for discovery or participation. It covers the Montréal urban agglomeration, including its associated islands. Its scope develops with the sources and activities recorded.
