Kundalini Yoga with Maya Khamala (Plateau)

Événement

To heal meaningfully is to initiate a process of self-justice—and it all begins in the body. Through the transformative practice of Kundalini Yoga—woven from breathwork, mantra, movement, meditation, and relaxation—I help people soften the edges of stored trauma, unwind long-held stress patterns, and return to the wisdom of their most intuitive selves. Whether through breath, language, or shared silence, my offerings are invitations: to shed, to remember, and to root into what’s real. I teach regular Montreal Kundalini Yoga classes in NDG and the Plateau, where breathwork, mantra, movement, relaxation and meditation become tools for inner activism and transformation. My classes are courageous spaces—committed to self-justice as a pathway to collective liberation, and open to all bodies, backgrounds, and states of mind or heart. Curiosity and contradictions welcome. [Register here](https://heartfirekundalini.com/#kundaliniclasses) $17-$21 per class. Drop-ins, 5- and 10-class packages, and monthly memberships available.

CULTURE MONTRÉAL EN CARTE

About this map

Montréal has a rich cultural offering, but information is scattered across websites, social networks, noticeboards and posters. Getting an overview can be difficult. Montréal en culture aims to simplify discovery by bringing cultural activities together in all their variety. The project is also inspired, with some nostalgia, by the weekly calendar of the cultural magazine View, which featured a varied offering, from shows to talks and from popular events to more unconventional activities. Adding a map, Montréal en culture invites you to explore that richness across the city. Still a prototype, this independent project aims to become an essential reference for cultural outings in Montréal.

The site was originally designed for desktop use. A mobile interface is now available.

A broad understanding of culture

The directory takes a broad view of culture: artistic creation, presentation, heritage, knowledge sharing, and opportunities for discovery or participation. It covers the Montréal urban agglomeration, including its associated islands. Its scope develops with the sources and activities recorded.
